You'll need your digital ticket to pick up your Badge. It was sent to you from tickets@lup.events and it can be resent to you using the link below. Have it handy to help our team work quickly.
Go to a collection point (the ICC or UTS) with Photo ID and your digital ticket (also on the App if logged in). We'll print your physical Badge straight away if you have these both handy.
Volunteers check and scan your Badge as you enter every session. They verify the wearer matches the photo - SXSW Sydney 2024 Badges are not transferable. So keep it close, and safe!

If you lose or damage your Badge, report it to our team as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement so you can quickly continue enjoying SXSW Sydney as planned.

You'll need your Wristband to access Festival events that match your Wristband as well as the Tech & Innovation Expo. Make sure to wear it at all times, all week, for seamless entry.

Your Expo Pass grants you access for the 1 (one) day of the Tech & Innovation Expo in which you have purchased.
Here are the collection points for each ticket type, ensuring you know exactly where to go to pick up your badges. Be sure to arrive early to avoid any last-minute rush and enjoy all that SXSW Sydney has to offer! Each collection point is clearly marked to assist you in finding your way, so you can start your experience smoothly.

As a screen rush ticket holder, there’s no need to collect a physical ticket. Simply head to the cinema listed on your digital ticket for the single screening you selected, and join the line.

Your badge shows your tribe, and gives you Primary access to sessions most important to you.
Secondary access just means you'll be admitted after those with Primary access.
All Badgeholders have the same access to The Conference, unless they have secured an Xpress Pass (a Platinum-only benefit, limited to 3 per day with limited availablilty overall)
Conference, SXSW Sydney Pitch & Tech & Innovation Expo access. Platinum Lounge and Platinum Co-Working Space access, the Accenture Platinum Opening Party and daily networking only for Platinum Badge Holders. Primary Access to Music, Screen and Games Festival sessions and 3 Xpress Pass opportunities daily.
Conference, SXSW Sydney Pitch and Tech & Innovation Expo access PLUS primary access to Tech & Innovation events and networking. Secondary access to Music, Screen and Games Festival sessions. There is also a Friday to Sunday Tech & Innovation Badge, the only three day Badge option at SXSW Sydney.
