Dan Clancy

Dan “DJClancy” Clancy will take to the SXSW Sydney Conference stage this October, in his first public speaking appearance in Australia since becoming CEO of Twitch in 2023.

Clancy will join a number of Sessions, sharing his hard-won insights on the creator economy and what it takes to build and nurture online communities. In a recent Open Letter, Clancy outlined Twitch’s plans for 2024, noting collaboration, mobile experiences, sponsorships and safety as priority topics as keys to success. SXSW Sydney attendees will get the chance to hear Dan engage with local industry leaders and streamers, and explore where live streaming is going over the next few years.
